- Departure from Rajkot Railway station towards Secuenderabad train no 22717
- Pick up from Secuenderabad Railway Station at 07:30 Hrs. Transfer to Hotel. Wash & change at hotel. After Breakfast at Hotel. Proceed for local sightseeing of Hyderabad covering Charminar, Bhagya Laxmi Mandir etc. Afternoon visit Golkonda Fort. Night stay
- After sumptuous breakfast at Hotel, proceed for full day Ramoji Film City tour. Return to Hotel in evening. Dinner & night stay.
- Start your day with breakfast, rest of the day at leisure for covering sightseeing options like Sri Sailam on your own (Early morning departure 5 am, breakfast on your own) etc. Night stay
- After breakfast, check out from hotel. Visit Birla Mandir. Drop at Secuenderabad Railway Station by 13:30 hrs.

- Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, Porter age, still / Video Camera fees etc.
- Any onboard meal arising due to late running of train.
- Additional sightseeing, entry Tickets or extra.
- Any monument entry fees.
- Guide charges at Ramoji.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. to be borne by the client (which is directly payable on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price or usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
- Any additional meals / en-route meals, sightseeing and activities other than those mentioned in the itinerary.

Please carry ID card at all times (i.e. Driving License, Voter ID Card, Ration Card, Pan Card) as proof of identity for cross verification by Railway authorities. Failure to prove the bonfire identity will attract penalty by Railway authorities and the same has to be borne by the tourist.
Alternate Arrangements will be made disruption of tour on account of natural calamities and the cost to be borne by the tourist.
Arrangements will be made for medical attention during sickness while on tour and the cost will borne by the tourist.
The tourist will have to go by the periodical guidelines issued by the IRCTC authorities on the tour, through announcements and should not intervene in their working.
The decision of IRCTC will be final on account of problems arising in the conduct of the tour.
IRCTC has right to alter itinerary under unavoidable circumstances and is not liable for any type of natural calamities/ strikes/ cancellations/ delay of train/insurgency of any such nature which is beyond control during the tour period. Management is not accountable for any theft or damage of luggage during the trip. Operation of Trip is subject to minimum no. of passengers booked.
