Srikalahasti - Lord Shiva is here worshipped as Srikalahasteeswara in the form of Vayu Lingam(one of the Panchabhuta Lingas)

Thiruthani - Temple of Sri Subrahmanyeswara Swamy and has the mount as white elephant called Airavata gifted by Lord Indra. Once the Airavata left, the wealth of Lord Indra began to decrease. Then Lord Murugan said he will return the gift but lord Indra refused to take back the gift he made and insisted that the elephant face his direction. So, in this temple, the elephant faces the east.
