- 05% TCS(Tax Collected at the Source) (TCS amount will be deposited in Client income Tax document, Client may be able to claim refund from IT department as per Income Tax norms).
An undertaking/declaration is to be given by the guests, that the remittance against purchase of foreign tour is up to 07 lakhs per individual per annum. If the amount exceed beyond that TCS will be charges @ 20%.

Visa Requirements:
- All Original old and new passports valid till 6 month from date of return (hand written passport will not accepted)
- Filled Visa Form 14A duly signed (attached).
- Required clear 2 photographs 35 x 45 mm on mat finished paper with white background, face converge should be 80%. Note: Already used visa photos are not accepted by consulate, they will reject the visa application. Do not staple photos in form.
- Flight Ticket & Hotel Booking
- If Self Employed: Covering Letter on their Letter Head with sign & stamp.) & GST Certificate.
- If Employed: Covering letter, Last 3 month salary slip and ID card and NOC letter from company.
- Bank Statement of last six month with a minimum balance of Rs 75000 per person with bank seal and sign.
- If Student - School/College ID Card.
- If Retired - Retirement proof.
- Contact Number & E Mail ID of applicant is mandatory
- Authorization letter should be signed by the applicant (attached)
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Hotel Check In time varies between 02.00 04.00 PM & Check Out time from 10.00 AM - 12.00 Noon.
- Special requests like Smoking Room, Non-smoking Room etc.; will be subject to availability and as per hotel policy.
- Rooms confirmed are normally Standard Category unless specified. Hotel ratings differ from country to country and facilities may not be the same in all countries.
