We are providing a Mata Vaishno Devi tour package from Ahmedabad by train. Vaishno Devi is another appearance of goddess Lakshmi. She is known with other names like Mata Rani, Trikuta, Ambe and Vaishnavi. Vaishno devi is worshiped as a unified avatar of the goddesses Mahakali, Mahalakshmi and Mahasaraswati. Visit the popular Mata Vaishno devi temple at Katra and get the darshan of the glorious deity which is on Trikuta mountains. Also visit the Shiv Kori, Siar Baba waterfalls, Baba Dhansal and Nau Devis. This package includes two way train transportation, accommodation, on road transportation for sightseeing and food.

Itinerary

Board the train 12477 and start from Ahmedabad railway station at around 2:15 PM
- Reach Katra railway station at around 5:25 PM in the evening
- Pick up from station and transfer to hotel
- Hotel check in, fresh up and breakfast
- Overnight stay in Katra [D]
- Early morning breakfast and proceed for Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan situated in the lap of Trikuta Mountains at an altitude of around 5200 feet
- Need to reach either by trekking or by Ponies/Palkis/Helicopter
- If time permits, visit Bhairo temple
- Return to hotel in Katra by the evening
- Overnight stay (B & D)
- Early morning breakfast and proceed to sightseeing
- Proceed to Shiv Khori (a cave of lord Shiva in which a half kilometer in length and 4 feet high naturally formed Shiva lingam is present in Sanctum Sanctorum(garbha griha)
- After the darshan of lord Shiva, return to Katra
- If there is sufficient time, visit Siar Baba waterfalls, Baba Dhansal & Nau Devis on the way
- Reach Katra and stay for the night at the hotel (B & D)
- Breakfast and check out from the hotel
- Return to Katra railway station
- Board the train 12478 to Ahmedabad
- Train departs at around 9:55 AM (B)
