Itinerary of IR-Tours :
Itinerary
- Departure from Sabarmati railway station at 09:45 hrs by train no. 19411. Overnight Train Journey.
- Arrival at Chandigarh Railway Station at 07:31 hrs, on arrival at Chandigarh railway station, board the vehicle and proceed your drive to Manali. On arrival at Manali, check into the hotel, freshen up and relax for a while. You can also take a walk inside or near the hotel and enjoy the romantic Manali weather. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. (Chandigarh - Manali: 270 Kms / 7-8 Hrs Drive)
- After breakfast, proceed to Manali sightseeing
- Visit Hadimba Temple built in 1553 with a superbly crafted four-tiered pagoda roof, it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway.
- Club House, the Club House with its comprehensive facilities that include a roller-skating rink, an auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar and res-taurant makes wonderful outing for the day.
- Visit Manu temple which located in old Manali.
- Later proceeding to Vashisht village well known for its hot springs.
- Later visit Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar.
- Evening free for mall road of Manali for shopping etc,
- Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Manali
- After breakfast, proceed to visit SOLANG VALLEY, Solang valley Located at a distance of 13 kms from Manali, Solang Valley lies between Solang village and Beas Kund. It offers a beautiful view of glaciers and snowcapped mountains. Since the valley has fine ski slopes, it is a perfect place for skiing. The guest house of the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports, Manali is based here. This institute is the venue for winter skiing festival and also offers training in skiing to the tourists. In winter, the valley becomes a skiing paradise with children of all ages slip-ping and sliding over the fresh white snow. When snow melts in the summer, skiing is replaced by parachuting, zorbing, paragliding and horse riding. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
- After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive towards Shimla. On the way sight-seeing like Sundernagar Lake, Pandoh dam, Vaishno Devi Temple, Kullu. The vehicle will run on road besides beautiful river Beas and also you will feel the actual beauty of huge mountains and valleys. You will also met with a Tunnel Known as AUT tunnel which is 3 kms long. Till Shimla you will feel the fresh airs and clatter of river Beas after reached Shimla . Check in to Hotel, Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
- After breakfast, proceed towards Kufri, it is a small hill station in Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh state in India. It is located 13 km from the state capital Shimla on the National Highway No.22. The region around Shimla including Kufri was once a part of the Kingdom of Nepal until the area was ceded to the British Raj as part of the Sugauli Treaty. This region remained obscure from the rest of the world until the British 'discovered' it in 1819. It is the Kufri bungalow which is very famous for its statues and architecture. Kufri to the Mahasu Peak- the highest peak in Kufri. The Indira Tourist Park is near the Himalayan Nature Park and provides panoramic view of the locations around. After Kufri we will move to Locak sightseeing of Shimla there we visit Jakhoo. The Mall Christ church Lakkar Bazaar and Many more, Evening free for shopping etc. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
- Morning after breakfast, drive to reach Chandigarh Railway Station enrout visiting Pinjor Garden, Parmanoo Timber train. On arrival at Chandigarh Railway station board the coach for return journey to Sabarmati at 17:43 hrs.
- Arrival at Sabarmati Railway Station at 15:10 hrs.

Day-2 (Monday) (Chandigarh – Manali)
Day-3 (Tuesday) (Manali- Manali Tour Sightseeing- Joghni Waterfall)
Day-4 (Wednesday) Manali – Solang Valley (Snow Point)
Day-5 (Thursday) (Manali- Kullu- Nagar Castle- Shimla)
Day-6 (Friday) Shimla – Kufri – Local Sightseeing
Day-7 (Saturday) (Shimla - Chandigarh (125 Kms/3-4 Hrs Drive)
Day -8 (Sunday)

Inclusions of IR-Tours :
- Return Train fare: For Comfort - 3 AC and Comfort - SL Non AC
- Railway Station transfers.
- Meals (5 Breakfast + 5 Dinners)
- Transfers from/to Chandigarh Railway Station and local sightseeing at Chandigarh, Shimla and Manali by AC Vehicle on sharing basis based on group size. AC shall not work in hilly/mountain areas.
- Accommodation: Stay in standard Hotel.
- All sightseeing and excursion as per the itinerary.
- Travel Insurance.

- Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry expenses, wines, mineral water, food and
- drinks not in the regular menus provided by us.
- Anything not included in the inclusions.
- All arrangements made by IRCTC are in the capacity of an agent, we will not be responsible for any kind of emergency such as landslide, strike, curfew, accidents, injuries, delayed or
- cancelled train, etc.
- Increase in government service tax.
- Note: For Child with extra bed & triple sharing occupancy extra mattress will be provided.
Important Information
Please Read Below Information
During Train Journey
- Do not pull the chain while traveling on train as it is a punishable offence when done without a valid reason.
- Do not waste any water unnecessarily in the train.
- Do not cross railway tracks. Use foot over bridges.
Attire
- Please ensure that your attire does not offend the locals/visitors at the places you visit. At holy shrines, you may be required to remove your shoes.
Safety and Security
- Please take complete care of your belongings during the tour.
- Do carry a Photo Identity Card such as Voter's ID, Passport, PAN Card etc. for Security reasons.
