Itinerary of IR-Tours :
Tour Itinerary :- (Indore – Hyderabad – Srisailam – Hyderabad – Indore
- Reach the Indore airport at least 2 ½ hrs prior to scheduled departure. Board Indigo flight scheduled flight
- Upon arrival at Hyderabad airport pick up from airport and proceed to visit Statue of Equality. Later visit Golkonda fort.
- Evening transfer to hotel for check -in.
- Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel in Hyderabad.
- Early breakfast at hotel.
- Around 7 am pick up from hotel and proceed to Ramoji Film city (Entry ticket at your own cost).
- Spread across a sprawling 2000 acres, Ramoji film city is a magical realm filled with excitement and wonderful surprises at every turn.

Exclusions of IR-Tours :
- No airport transfers at Indore. Clients have to arrange airport transfers on own.
- Morning Tea, Evening Tea and Lunch.
- Any portage at hotels, tips, telephone charges, laundry and all items of personal nature.
- Any Still / Video Camera fees, entrance fees for monuments and any activities suggested in the itinerary are chargeable direct.
- Any additional meals / en route meals, sightseeing and activities other than those mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any monument entrance fees, special entry/darshan fees.
- Any other special Darshan/entry fees other than specifically mentioned under inclusions.
- Any service not specified in inclusions.

3. Room categories in all packages are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
4. Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else similar category hotel will be provided.
5. Please reach the airport 2 hours before the departure of the flight.
6. In flight food and beverages are on chargeable basis (Subject o Airline policy).
7. Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
8. Web check in is not possible in our group packages.
9. Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis by A/C vehicle.
10. Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
11. The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
12. It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) as well along with other travel documents. Child above than 11 yrs shall be considered for an adult cost.
13. In airline no seat is provided to Infant.
14. Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and check out time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
15. In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
16. For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
17. Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
18. The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
19. The airfares and taxes are calculated as on a mentioned date and any increase in the Taxes or airfares will be borne by the customer.
20. Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
21. To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name/ IRCTC name.
