• Being a charter coach tour, the running of the package is subject to the approval of Railways and the train running as per schedule.
• Sightseeing of places is subject to time availability and scheduled running of the train, unavoidable restrictions, Local strikes/ nationwide strikes etc.
• If the tourists miss the vehicle arranged by IRCTC at any place, they should reach the next place of the itinerary on their own to continue wih the package.
• There may be changes in the sightseeing itinerary that may be caused due to unavoidable situations which may arise and the same has to be adhered to.
• Guests are requested to take care of their baggage/valuables.  IRCTC will not be responsible for any loss of baggage or valuables during the course of the tour. 
• All guest needs to carry govt issued photo Identity cards.

• Being a group tour, all group members should strictly adhere to the timings and other instructions provided by the Tour Co-ordinator from time to time.
• It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children along with other travel documents.
• Room categories of hotels at all places are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
• Room allocation (Twin bed/ Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. Check in time- 12 Noon & Checkout time- 11 Hrs.
• Tourist's cooperation is requested and appreciated in maintaining the check-out timings as per hotel policy.
• Early check in/late checkout is subject to the discretion of the hotel. For early check in and late check out, payment is to be settled directly to the hotel by the tourist.
• If extra bed required for child below 12yrs, extra adult charges are applicable.
• Final confirmation of rooms in the proposed hotel is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Hotel has the right to claim any damages caused by the tourists during the stay at the hotel.
• Cost of additional services availed by the tourist, which are not part of the package, are to be settled directly to the hotel.
• Buffet meals will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel. Tourists are required to follow the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Tourists may check the buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel.
• Tourists are advised to go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews before finalizing the tour.
• It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund or compensation whatsoever for unutilized services.
• Tourists are requested to take care of their personal belongings and avoid leaving them unattended.
• For any change in train timings/diversions/cancellation by railways, IRCTC will not be responsible. if such changes further affect the sightseeing/Itinerary, tourists need to accommodate it accordingly.
• Sightseeing of all the places is subject to time availability.
• IRCTC has rights to change the itinerary & timings according to the feasibility of the package.
• Tariffs are subject to change.
• IRCTC will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused due to any natural or social calamities.
• Cancellation charges as per company policy.
