Delhi to Shirdi-Shani Shingnapur Tour Package by Flight

Rules & Regulations:-

• Above rates are subject to availability.
• Cancellation charges as per company policy.
• Room categories in all packages are the base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
• Final confirmation in the proposed hotels is subject to the availability at the time of booking, else equivalent category hotel will be provided.
• In triple occupancy, extra mattress will be provided on floor.
• Please reach the airport 2 hours before the departure of the flight.

• In flight food and beverages are on chargeable basis.
• Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
• Web check in is not possible in our group packages.
• Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis by A/C vehicle.
• Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
• The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
• It is mandatory for all guests to carry a valid proof of identification, including children and infant.
• In airline no seat is provided to Infant.
• Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and checkout time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Lunch is not provided on the day of arrival.
• In hotels for an extra Adult / Child Rollaway bed/ mattress/ Sofa cum bed shall be provided.
• For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
• Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
• The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
• The airfares and taxes are calculated as on 13.08.2014 and any increase in the Taxes or airfares will be borne by the customer.
• Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
• To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name/ IRCTC name.
• Buffet meal will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel. Timings:Breakfast:07:00-10:00hrs

Lunch:12:00-13:00hrs Dinner: 19:30 - 22:00 hrs

• These are the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Still you are kindly requested to check the perfect buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel. Once the buffet time is over the hotel might ask you to pay for your meals.
• IRCTC request you that before finalizing the tour with us kindly go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews.
• Itinerary posted on the website is only a proposed holiday outline.
• In case there is any change in price the same will be communicated to yourself and only after your confirmation, we will proceed further.
• There will be no refund for un-utilized services.
• The package Price is subject to change without prior notice.
• Passenger should get full briefing about the tour from IRCTC before/after the booking to avoid any confusion.
• IRCTC is not liable for personnel expenses, boating, porterage, theft, accidents etc.
• Any other terms and conditions applied as may be decided by IRCTC at any point of time

COVID-19 GUIDELINES

Generic preventive measures:

The generic measures include simple public health measures that are to be followed to reduce the risk of COVID-19. These measures need to be observed by all supporting staff and tourists during tour package services at all times.

1. Physical distancing of at least 6 feet to be followed as far as feasible.
2. Use of face covers/masks to be made mandatory.
3. Practice frequent hand washing with soap (for at least 40-60 seconds) even when hands are not visibly dirty. Use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers (for at least 20 seconds) can be made wherever feasible like train/transport/stay etc.
4. Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering one’s mouth and nose while coughing/sneezing with a Tissue/handkerchief/flexed elbow and disposing off used tissues properly.
5. Self-Monitoring of health by all and reporting any illness at the earliest to Tour manager and IRCTC helpline.
6. Spitting shall be strictly prohibited.
7. Installation & use of AarogyaSetuapp, Shall be advised to all (Supporting staff& Tourists).

Dos:

1. Installation & use of Aarogya Setu app by all(Staff & Tourists)
2. Wearing of face mask and hand gloves.
3. Practice of frequent hand washing with soap (for at least 40-60 seconds) even when hands are not visibly dirty. Use of alcohol-based sanitizers (for at least 20 seconds) can be made wherever feasible.
4. Luggage should be disinfected at reception/ boarding point.
5. Following of social distancing during boarding/de-boarding of train/ any other transport, Monuments & pilgrim places visit, lunches/dinners etc.

Don'ts:

1. Avoid touching their eyes, nose and mouth with their hands.
2. Abide to the mandatory health advisories issued by the States/Local administration which are being visited.
3. Avoid using other tourist’s phone, Water bottle, Umbrella etc as much as possible.
4. Avoid loitering and crowding in train corridors, gates, cabins, buses, hotels/Dharmashala etc.
5. All tourists are advised that spitting is strictly prohibited in train, tourist places, buses, hotels/Dharmashala etc.
6. Do not touch statues/idols/holy books etc, inside the religious place.
7. No physical offerings like Prasad/distribution or sprinkling of holy water etc. inside the religious place.
8. Avoid physical contact while greeting each other.

• For extra adult and Child with bed booking Roll away bed /Mattress will be provided at Hotels.

·Tour Vehicle will be allotted based on number of adults booked for the tour.

• Rooms allotting in hotels will be of base category.
• IRCTC will not be responsible for any type of natural or social calamities.

Covid -19 Guidelines for Shirdi Sai Baba Temple.

• The Shirdi Saibaba temple, which sees a continuous rush of devotees throughout the year, will now be closed for darshan after 9 pm. The decision came into effect on December 25.
• The daily aartis at 10:30 pm and 04:30 am would be held as usual, but devotees cannot attend them.
• Sri Sai Prasadalay, the counter for laddoo sale, and the canteen will also be closed after 9 pm.
• Sai Devotees are requested to book Darshan passes online only to have comfortable and hassle free darshan. As offline/manual passes are limited in quantity and first come first serve basis.
• As per State Govt. Guidelines devotees above 65 years and pregnant woman who have taken both doses and completed 15 days from the receipt of the 2nd dose only are allowed to avail the Darshan services, Devotees should produce their final vaccination certificate at verification counter.
• Wearing face masks will be mandatory for every devotee along with following necessary social distancing protocol.
• Physical distancing and facemask mandatory while visiting temple.
• Devotee should produce acknowledgement and ID proof.
