  1. Bestbus.in(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) is an Online Bus Ticketing Agent. Bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) offers travellers to book bus tickets, Ramoji Film City Entry Tickets, Telangana Tourism Packages Booking, Other Local City Sightseeing Tour Packages online right from the comfort of their home or office by providing them with choice of bus operators, departure times and prices. Bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) does not own or operate any bus services on its own. Bestbus does not advice any specific bus operator to its customers. The choice of the bus operator is purely the discretion of the customer.
  2. The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. Buses may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams etc. However, the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket. Passengers are advised to call the bus operator contact number mentioned in the ticket and reconfirm the boarding point location and departure time on the day of journey. If the passenger did not get any contact number of the bus operator, he/she need to call the Bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) Customer Support after Booking the ticket and should be at least 3-4 hours prior to their reporting time.
  3. Passengers are required to furnish the following details at the time of boarding the bus. Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus.
    3.1. SMS of the ticket or Email. (This is widely accepted by most bus operators)
    3.2. Some operators do not accept the electronic ticket formats. We provide the details of such operators while booking tickets on Bestbus.in(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS). In such case we request you to kindly carry a printout of the ticket.
    3.3. Proof of Identity (Driving License or Aadhar Card or Passport or PAN Card or Voter Card)
  4. Bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) Ultimate and Assured classification of Bus Operators is done from time-to-time based on Customer’s Feedback and Surveys conducted by Bestbus. Bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) is showing the classification for customers to make an informed decision while choosing a Bus Operator for their journey. The choice of the bus operator is purely at the discretion of the customer. The classification of Bus Operator might change depending on the service performance of bus operator.
  5. The passengers should reach at the mentioned boarding points 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
  6. Any complaints/grievances should be reported in a week’s time from date of journey performed.
  7. A booking is considered confirmed if the booking confirmation page is shown to the customer, even if SMS/Email fails to deliver for any reason.
  8. If ticket confirmation/cancellation, SMS/Email, is not sent for any reason, if reported it can be resent by our support team. SMS/Email might fail to deliver or get delayed for several reasons which are not in Bestbus's control.
  9. Payment gateway/service charges – Bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) will not charge any additional payment gateway charge or service unless otherwise specified in the booking details page.
  10. Bestbus.in(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) provides a platform to Insurance company to list and Advertise their services on the website and App and allows customers You (“Customer/You”) to select Insurance Policy, based on your preferences. The listing of an Insurance Policy on the website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation. Once a reservation is made, and Insurance policy is selected You are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Insurance Company.
  11. By making a booking on Bestbus.in(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) – customer acknowledges that BestBus will Call/Email/SMS or send alerts to give/take information regarding his/her bookings.
  12. In case of any claims arising out of unforeseen consequences/exigencies, Bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) liability would be limited to the extent of the value of the booking amount.
  13. The terms and conditions of our services can be amended, modified or withdrawn by Bestbus.in(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) at any time without notice.
  14. All legal disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad (Telangana) only.
  15. Bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) is not responsible if any Wrong Origin-Destination combination booked by the passenger. In that cases, bestbus can not cancel the ticket. It is based on the cancellation policy
  16. Bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) is not responsible if any Origin City Name or Destination City Name is exists in two different states and the passenger booked another state city instead of their desired city. Passenger has to verify the details and should have basic knowledge on their route which they wants travel.
  17. "By submitting our webform, you agree to receive promotional calls on the number shared, and such calls and SMS would be coming from a third-party platform."
  • As Bestbus.in(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS)  is not a Travel/Tour Operator, Price/Tariff of the Ticket/Tour is depending on that particular Operator only.
  • Ticket price may Increase/Decrease According to Demand & Supply.
  • Online Booking Price may vary compare to Physical Ticket/Direct Bookings in their physical Stores/Offices (If any)
  • Some Extra Charges will be Applicable towards Online Booking Charges or GST or Agent Charges
  • Bestbus.in(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) is not responsible for Increase/Decrease in Prices.
  1. No two offers that are live can be combined to be redeemed.
  2. Any offer published by Bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) or its partners can be changed without prior notice.
  3. Each offer can have its own terms and conditions. Please refer to the offers page for more details.
  4. Each Promotional Coupon will have different Validity & that may be Increase/decrease at any time.
  • Bestbus.in(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) only provides a technology platform that connects intending travelers with vehicle operators to hire an entire vehicle. It doesn’t operate any vehicle or offer the service of transportation to the User. Instead fulfilment of these bookings is done by operators who are empanelled with Bestbus. Bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) also does not act as an agent of any bus or cab operator in the process of providing the above-mentioned technology platform services.
  • Generation of a valid bus ticket/tour ticket through its partners/operators.
  • Sending an SMS, Email for ticket confirmation/cancellation.
  • Providing voice/email support for any ticket booking/cancellation/refund issues.
  • Bestbus.in(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) does not control or operate any transport vehicles, Bus or Car, coach, hotel,  restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility or service mentioned in the ticket. 
  • Bestbus.in(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) shall not be responsible for any delay, improper service, standard of service provided by any service provider or any Independent Contractor, or for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of any Bus, Car, Train, shipping companies, cruise, coach owners, tour operators who are Bestbus's independent contractors.
  • Bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) will not be responsible for any act or actions between co-travelers, co-passengers which may result in injury, damage to the life or limb or property of the passenger/traveler, or which may lead to interference in enjoying or availing the services provided on the outbound tour.
  • In no event shall the entire liability of Bestbus.in(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) for any claims directly and indirectly arising out of the tour exceed the total booking amount paid by the passenger.
  • There can be exceptional circumstances where the service operators like the tour operator, transportation providers or concerns may be unable to honor the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like climatic conditions, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. If Bestbus.in(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) is informed in advance of such situations where dishonor of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative to its User or refund the booking amount after reasonable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective service operators. The User agrees that Bestbus.in(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) being an agent for facilitating the booking services shall not be responsible for any such circumstances and the customers have to contact that service provider directly for any further resolutions and refunds. The maximum liability of Bestbus in such events will be to refund the booking amount subject to receipt from the service providers.
  • The maximum liability of Bestbus.in(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) in the event of any claim arising out of this offer shall not exceed the amount under the underlying transaction paid by the User.
  • Betsbus.in being merely a facilitator, shall not be liable for the following:
    • Personal injury, sickness, accident, death, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, incidental, consequential loss and/or damage or any kind of theft howsoever caused to the User or any person travelling with them.
    • The temporary or permanent loss of, or damage to, baggage or personal belongings howsoever caused including willful negligence on the part of any person.
    • Any delay made in delivery of the service by the concerned service providers.
    • Any damages or loss caused to the User due to reasons beyond the control of Bestbus.in(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS)
    • Bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) takes no liability for any promises made to the User by any other travel agent authorized by the User to make bookings. All products and services are provided as per Bestbus ticket or any other document provided to the User at the time of booking the tour.

To Stop COVID-19 Follow the Government Rures & Travel Safely:

  • We request all passengers to download the Aarogya Setu app on their mobile phones.
  • All passengers are required to use face covers/masks.
  • All travellers must follow social distancing measures at bus terminals.
  • Travelers with quarantine seal mark will not be allowed to board the bus.

 

Safety Measure by Bus Operators:

  • As Bestbus.in(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) is only Online Bus Tickets providing technology platform, we can request all our Travel Partners to maintain Safety measures strictly & stop spreading the Virus.
  • Many of the Bus partners will follow safety measures during the journey
  • If any of the bus partners not follow the safety measures, passengers are requested to infirm Bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) Support.
  • The Passenger has to be aware of the Origin & Destination Cities before booking and Date of Journey
  • If any City Name exists with same name in other city, the passenger has to re-check before booking by comparing Via Cities (if provided) or else need to contact the bus operator before departure time
  • Bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) is not responsible if any Wrong Origin-Destination combination booked by the passenger. In that cases, bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) can not cancel the ticket. It is based on the cancellation policy
  • After booking a ticket, the passenger has to get in touch with the bus operator/tour operator. If contact numbers not provided by the operator, passenger has to report immediately to bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) customer care.
  • Bus operator will not share their personal or work contact number directly to bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS). They provide contact number while adding a service through the online bus ticketing platform provided by the service provider.
  • As it is highly impossible to get knowledge about lakhs of boarding point all over India, bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) customer care team may not be give the idea about how to reach your boarding point. They can provide you the address and landmark of the point provided by the bus operator.
  • All Departure and arrival timing are tentative, it may delayed due to any reason
  • Changing boarding point due to some emergency reasons by bus operator, bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) is not responsible. 
  • Bestbus(TRAVEL INNOVATIONS) is not responsible if any Origin City Name or Destination City Name is exists in two different states and the passenger booked another state city instead of their desired city. Passenger has to verify the details and should have basic knowledge on their route which they wants travel.
