• If the ticket is canceled between 0 to 12 hours from the bus origin departure time, there will be a cancellation charge of 100% per seat cost.
• If the ticket cancellation is between 12 to 24 hours from the bus origin departure time, there will be a cancellation charge of 50% per seat cost.
• If the ticket is canceled between 24 to 48 hours from the bus origin departure time, there will be a cancellation charge of 20% per seat cost
• If the ticket cancellation is done above 48 hours from the bus origin departure time, there will be a cancellation charge of 10% per seat cost.
